A farming app developed by a group of New Zealand farmers is looking to expand into UK markets, offering software which simply records, stores and shares farm data.
The Resolution App is a practical tool enabling farm data to be stored in one spot.

It aims to find practical solutions for challenges on farm, such as:
Farm compliance
Map layering
Operations management
Environmental planning
Centralised data
Health and safety
Employee timesheets
Weed maps
Animal health
“The app offers a full-feature toolbox for on-farm record-keeping across both arable and livestock systems,” explains sales representative Benji Harding.
Users can build a tagging system specific to their set-up and attach photos and GPS record them to specific fields.
“In New Zealand, 9,000 farms are currently using the app and we have about 30 farms in the UK now using the platform,” he says.
It is possible to set reminders and notifications for spray dates and medical withdrawal periods for animal treatments.
With a multi-user interface, farmers, agronomists, contractors and consultants can also login to the platform if required.
Records can be simply shared with third parties for relevant compliance keeping and one of the best features mean the app functions when offline or with limited mobile signal.
