Here are some simple steps to get you started with us:
- Add the items you require to your shopping cart,
- Once you are satisfied with your order, click on the checkout button.
- You will be asked for delivery information so that we can calculate and provide you with an accurate delivery charge & available shipping options for your area (if you would like to send your own courier please choose collection – you will be notified once your order is ready to collect).
- Choose a payment option, currently the available options are EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Bitcoin using Bitpay and Credit Card payments through two processors – Payfast, which is 3D Secure, and SnapScan on mobile, which sets you in control of your card information.
- Once payment is received your order will be processed, and in most cases completed/shipped same day from our store.
Our online shop is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. However our staff do need to take a break once in while so we are available to answer your questions by phone or email between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.
